How much does large format printing cost?
Large format printing runs £30–£60 per square metre for printed banner material, with most exhibition stand graphics costing £400–£1,500 supplied. Roller banners £80–£180 each. Full sports-facility wall takeovers, retail-store wraps and full exhibition stands typically run £2,000–£12,000+ depending on scale, materials and install. What materials do you print on?
Most large format jobs go onto one of five materials. PVC banners for outdoor and weatherproof signage; fabric/Sublimation print for soft signage and pop-up displays; foamex board for rigid display panels and POS; vinyl for wall murals and adhesive applications; backlit film for lightbox graphics. We'll match the material to the venue, the install duration and how often it'll travel.
Do you do full sports-facility wall takeovers?
Yes — full-hall and full-court wall takeovers are some of our favourite projects. Our work for Slinger Bag and Dunlop on tennis facility installs is the headline example: continuous printed graphics that wrap around an entire training hall. We deliver the same scale for football clubs, padel facilities, gyms, dance studios and indoor sports centres.
How quickly can you produce large format graphics?
Standard banners, posters and roller banners turn around in 2–5 working days from artwork sign-off. Exhibition stands and full sports-facility installs typically need 7–14 working days. Tight event deadlines (a launch, a trade-show date, a venue handover) — tell us at the start and we'll plan accordingly. Same-day printing is sometimes possible on standard sizes if the artwork is print-ready.
Can graphics be reused across multiple events?
Yes — most exhibition stand frames, roller banners and pop-up displays are designed to pack down, transport and reset multiple times. We use frame systems with replaceable graphics so you can refresh the artwork between events without buying a new stand. Sports facility wall murals and retail POS are usually installed for a full season or campaign rather than reused.
Can you install on-site at the venue?
Yes — we do full event-day installs at exhibition halls, sports venues, retail stores and conference venues across the South East. We arrive early, work to the venue's access window, and break down at the end of the show if needed. For multi-day events we can also leave a fitter on call for fixes if a banner takes a knock during the run.
