Why choose us

Part Wraps by V Signs

  • Wraps designed for doors, panels, bonnets and rear quarters
  • Long-life vinyl rated for daily wear, washing and motorway miles
  • Installed by experts across Hampshire, Surrey & Central London
  • Great for sole traders, new vans, brand refreshes and small fleets

Turn your van into mobile advertising for less than the cost of a full wrap — with professionally designed part wraps. At V Signs, we fit vinyl wraps to the panels that get seen: doors, side panels, rear quarters and bonnets — branding that earns its keep without a full-wrap price tag.

Part wraps use the same heavy-duty vinyl as our full wraps — not the cheap film that lifts within a year. Whether you're a sole trader branding a new van or a contractor refreshing a fleet, we design wraps that read clearly at 70mph and last five to seven years.

We've fitted part wraps for trades and fleet operators across Petersfield, Farnham, Woking, Winchester, Godalming, and Central London — wraps that hold up on motorway miles, daily wash cycles, and 4am starts.

Every project runs in-house — design, print and fit — so panel cuts match your vehicle, colours match your brand, and the finish lasts.

FAQ

Good to know

How much does a part wrap cost?

Part wraps typically cost between £450 and £1,400 — around 40–60% less than a full wrap on the same vehicle. Final price depends on van size, panel coverage and design complexity. We quote every job from a brief, not a calculator, and turn fixed prices around within a working day.

Which panels work best for a part wrap?

The highest-impact panels are the side rear quarters, sliding doors, bonnet and rear barn doors — the surfaces drivers behind, alongside and at junctions actually see. Most part wraps cover two to four of those areas. We'll tell you on the phone if a particular van layout means a different combination makes more sense.

How long does a part wrap last?

A professionally fitted part wrap lasts five to seven years on a daily-use vehicle. We use heavy-duty vinyl rated for UK weather, motorway miles and regular jet-washing. The cheap stuff some shops use can lift within twelve months — we don't fit it on customer vehicles.

Will a part wrap damage my van's paint?

No — when fitted to original factory paint, the vinyl protects the surface underneath and removes cleanly years later with no damage. We've been wrapping vehicles in Hampshire for over twenty years; if a wrap isn't the right call (recent re-spray, rust, painted-over filler), we'll tell you before quoting.

Should I get a part wrap, full wrap or cut-vinyl signwriting?

For most trades the right answer is one of three options: cut-vinyl signwriting (£200–£500, logo and contact details only), part wrap (£450–£1,400, panels printed in full colour), or full wrap (£1,800–£3,500, complete colour change). We do all three in-house and recommend whichever delivers the most brand for your money — not whichever is the biggest job for us.

How long does a part wrap take to fit?

Most part wraps are designed, printed and fitted within five to seven working days from artwork sign-off — with the actual install taking one day, sometimes two for larger Sprinter or Crafter vans. If you're working to a deadline (a new contract, a re-launch, a rebrand), tell us upfront and we'll plan production around it.
